I hate and I really do mean HATE to say it. But I am done trying to keep up with this tank. I have put so much $$$ into it, it seems, and all of a sudden my parameters have went out of wack and I cant get everything back right. So in light of my misfortune, maybe I can help some one else. Lets start:

Thank you for the support from everyone with wanting to fix the issue first. I appreciate it. But the tank must go. I have put to much money into it, and even though I knew it when I got it, It really does take up a good portion of my time and life. Not that it really bothers me but my wife isnt to fond on the amount of $$$ I spend or the amount of time I spend trying to upkeep the tank. So yes it must all go.

As for a protien skimmer, I was running one, it was the Bak Pak Protien skimmer that I am now selling. And boy that thing pulled out all kinds of stuff!!!!
I think the main issue was, I am trying to run a coral tank with lr and fish, and it was to much bio load to keep up with. Even with water changes every two weeks. I also think the filters I was using was having a reverse effect and held onto to much of the nitrates. I never got a proper sump, and had I spent a good $200 or $300 more for a good one, I think I probably would have been good. But you all know that when you get spending, it dont just stop there!!!

So as of for now, everything is still open for grabs. First come first serve.
