I have been looking at dosing pumps for my system and I came across many people using or selling medical IV pumps for this purpose.  Looking on Ebay, I noticed that the used pumps sold in the fish section sell for much more than the same pumps in the used medical equipment section which I find quite amusing considering medical costs these days, says a lot about the hobby.  So here is one that I was looking at and wondering what others thought.
No offense if I'm missing something obvious here, each channel has more than enough capacity to handle top off water.  It seems a lot cheaper than an aquamedic 4 channel.

It looks like a good deal....just remember, you get what you pay for.

My main concern would be the "as is" condition.
As Jeremy said, you quite often get what you pay for.
