Spring Fest Volunteers Needed

I will be around Fri nite & Sat morning to help set up

 

I can help out Saturday morning 6:30 - 10:00

 

Ill be there sat morning for 6:30-10 setup and can take one of the first registration/raffle spots if needed. Depending on how crazy work is this week I may be able sneak out early to help friday night also...not sure yet

 

@Ray/Jen_Reefin I know you are super busy but do you have a compiled sheet of who you have volunteering where and when? I suggested a couple slots but if you put someone else in them I will pick an open slot.

 

@Borky00 @Ray/Jen_Reefin - I know that Ray has been busy. I'm going to help him out and compile the list. Should have it in 15 minutes.

Plenty more spots available for people to volunteer!!. Friday night and Saturday morning set-up are looking good.

 

@beckerj3 im riding with you are you gonna leave before 4 30 if not ill do the spot 4-4:30

 

@cameron lake Yes I will be there til 4:30. I'm not sure we really need someone in that time slot - although it is listed. Its much more important to get some of the earlier afternoon slots filled. Would you consider a 1-2 or 2-3 time slot? Or 3-4 time slot?

@Ray/Jen_Reefin and @beckerj3 . You can pencil me in wherever needed. I will be there by 630 Friday night and all day Saturday.

 

I will help on Friday night setup.

 

List has been updated. I removed the 4-4:30 time slot. Added a separate slot for 'membership' in the 12-1 time slot. Before/after that - membership would be covered by one of the other volunteers already listed. No one has specifically volunteered for the tear-down - so we hope that many of the volunteers will hang around for a short time at the end to help with this!

Because they will be staying till tear down is done!

Will we be able to hear the speakers from the table?

 

Having to work tonight now, I'll be there bright and early tomorrow, bringing another person with me to help too.

 

Having seen the setup last night the answer is no as the speakers will be in a separate room (unless the dividing wall is opened up).
