    One of our speakers at MACNA will be Charles Veron.  He is one of the fore fathers of coral taxonomy.
    He is working on a website called corals of the world online. 
    It is a pretty cool site, for example if you want to know the characteristics of Acropora Humilis, it is right here.  It will also tell you where it is found.

    I have his 3 volume set, this has been his whole lifes work, not a year, or a decade, but a lifetime.

    I read I fascinating biography about J.E.N. Veron (aka Charlie), and an interview in Coral Magazine. I also have his book "A Reef In Time," and I long for a copy of "Corals of the World" but it's BIG MONEY.

    You better save up Andy as it is out of print. Let me know when you want it & I can get it from a supplier at near cost for you.
