      I am looking for a dual 400 watt MH if anyone has one to get rid of. It is for my friend Tony, He bought a 400 watt MH ballast and bulb at the last reef garage sale. We hooked it up and plugged it in and it would have liked to burn down his house, so we decided not to use that one.

   Well the bulb fired just fine and stayed lit but the ballast started smoking like crazy.
