    Worth the read

Refractometers or Hydrometers: Why the latter should contain a warning - REEFEDITION

I found the last paragraph humorous:

I'll add that my #1 best investment is my Milwaukee electronic salinity meter. I shelved my refractometer.

I need to get at least a refracto but I have been looking at salinity meters as well. Maybe the Reef Angel has one with it now. hmm... more research to be done.

Hydrometers are more personal preferences. I used a hydrometer for ages and never had any issues. I still use my hydrometers, a floating model and a swing arm as much if not more than my refractometer.
