who makes the best test lits?

    just wondering what brand of test kits everyone uses.  I use APi but the colors on some of the test charts are how to ditinguish between the differnt ranges

    I use Lamotte. They are expensive at first but the refills are pretty cheap.

    What I like about these tests is that the readings are done by color and seem very accurate....there is no counting drops or cross contamination issues issues.

    Further, they come in handy blue cases and everything fits inside in foam. I've used all the brands and Lamotte is the best BY FAR in my opinion.

    I use Salifert for Alk and Ca, SeaChem for Mg. I would like to try Lamotte sometime as I have heard good things.

    I've heard good things about Lamotte, so I'm going to be switching to them. I still use API for most stuff.
