Who has my tank!?

Just curious if my tank is still out there and setup. It was a Reef Savvy peninsula style tank. I believe the person that got it was in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area and was setting it up in his office at work.

 

Was it like a 60 gallon?
Pretty sure he sold it to reefmedic / clay
And he dropped it moving to desmoines

It will happen eventually. Finally got moved back down to central Iowa and into a bigger place. It has an unfinished basement that I am thinking will end up with a nice sized tank in it when I go to finish it. I still pop in from time to time to keep up with the new advancements in reefing technology.

Guess I should have never let it go! That was a very pricey tank to go boom

 

That tank was an absolute gem... I was and still am bummed beyond belief that it got broken in my move! It was such a gorgeous tank, I have a lot of awesome memories with it. It was a freak accident how it got broken. Reef Savvy makes a serious tank, I'd love to get another with these dimensions. Maybe some day. I'll see if I can find any pics of when I had it set up.

 

Was any of the glass panels savable? Or did everything shatter?

 

Craig, I have three panes left. The bottom had an awesome crack in it. And I lost the back/overflow pane. Otherwise, I have all of the rest still.

 

well then you have all the important parts. put it back together!
