Where do I find a 7+ outlet digital timer?

I'll be needing at least 7 digital timers for my LED build and I thought I could find one or two timer strips to accomplish this. I've found 8 outlet power strips where 4 of the outlets are programmable, but I'm afraid all 4 outlets are controlled together and not independently.
To make it clear what I'm doing, I'll have 4 LED fixtures above my tank, 1 that is just a 5' x 1.25" actinic strip, then (3) 19" x 9.5" fixtures with blue and white LEDs. Each of the 19" x 9.5" fixtures will have a separate driver for blues and a separate driver for whites, so 7 drivers total.
What I will do is:
Fixture 1's blue LEDs on
Fixture 2's blue LEDs on
Fixture 3's blue LEDs on
Actinic strip fixture(all blues) on
Fixture 1's white LEDs on
Fixture 2's white LEDs on
Fixture 3's white LEDs on
Fixture 1's white LEDs off
Fixture 2's white LEDs off

Fixture 3's white LEDs off

Actinic strip fixture(all blues) off

Fixture 1's blue LEDs on

Fixture 2's blue LEDs on

Fixture 3's blue LEDs on
Please help me find a reasonably cheap timer for this!
I thought about getting an Aqua Controller for this, but I don't have the money or need for it.

 

The first one is way too expensive for my application and the second one is the 8 outlet powerstrip with 4 timed outlets that are all controlled together that I was talking about. Thanks though.

Hmmm... this sounds interesting. I'm big into DIY and this could be a fun project. Do you have more info on this?
