Whats the best food for corals?

    Ive used reef snow, mysis shrimp and phytoplankton. What else is good? Coral Frenzy? Cyclop eeze?

    Yes but aren't i getting rid of it by skimming?

    Besides the fish poo.... I use Reef Chilli, from bulk reef supply. Works great for me.

    The other foods you mentioned are also good as well.

    When you are skimming, it takes out the dissolved wasted that mechanical filtration cannot take out. This is usually waste that is past the point of being useful by corals
