   I'm thinking we should schedule out a ways and plan the annual pizza party and possibly an Ames area tank tour over the next two-three months.  So, from the 27th of June through mid-August, when is everyone NOT free?  Just skip over the weekend of the 4th of July as well.  Two weeks from today we'll go through and see when works best for the pizza party first, a possible tank tour 2nd.
