What`s this tank size?

    Its a bow front aquarium length is 61 length on side is 15 inches depth in middle is 18.5 and height is 24 inches. Its acrylic and I can't find it anywhere online.

    Did you look at the volume calculator on reef central? 72gal maybe?

    Sounds like a good Calculus problem to me. Now if I could only find that text book./DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

    Can't calculate because of it being a bow. If it was a 72 it would be only 48 inches not 60. I've looked everywhere. I'm guessing between a 110 and a 130 but don't know.

    Is it empty? If it is, dump in five gallons of water and then measure how deep it is. Multiply five times the number of increments it would take to fill it, and there's your total.

    I don't have the tank though. The guy is claiming its a 150 but theres no way.

    I would use 61 x 16.75 x 24 to estimate the capacity. I got 16.75 by taking the average of 15 and 18.5. Should be fairly close.

    106 but does that sound right with a 60 inch length unless he screwed up with the depth.

    from what I have found, a 155gal bow front is 72x24x24 and a 90 is 48x18x29 so I'm thinking 106-115 is pretty close.

    I think he's screwed up with his measurements so we will see when he gets home.

    those dimensions figure up right at 110 gallon
