Once~ish a week frozen Rod's, mysis, and occasionally cyclopeeze. Then the tang gets nori and formula 2 daily.

Hikari Mysis and brine shrimp, gut loaded with Spirlina. I alternate SanFrancisco Bay plankton and DT's phytoplankton every other day.
I tried Rod's, but really didn't feel like it was worth the money. I feed it as a treat every now and then while it lasts.
I also add a garlic concentrate and sometimes a vitamin supplement as well.

Formula 2, Formula 1, and mysis daily. There's a caulerpa veggie clip in there for the tangs.
