Way to go EcoTech!!

    I sent some of my Vortech parts in for service late last week.  They arrived yesterday, and today, everything is fixed, boxed up, and waiting for UPS to pick it up.  These guys got things turned around quickly, fixed the problems inexpensively, and were exceptional to deal with.  Great communication and just a great company all around.  We need more companies like EcoTech!!

    I had some issues with my mp40s but they promptly took care of it. Great products even better customer service!!

    In the past their customer service was unbelievable They would replace anything for any reason. I fried my wireless driver, which fried my DRY side, and they replaced it all for free, out of warranty. I also have sent in other parts (wet side frame, bearings, etc) and they have replaced.

    Now that they have a new guy in customer service/tech, they are still awesome at service. But less willing to kick out the freebies. I just paid over $100 for new wetsides, bearings, and ceramic bearings (I had older styles). All three of my vortechs are running great. But in the past they would have been free, which was crazy. I'm not complaining.
