Fall Fest Volunteer Help Wanted!

Fall Fest is coming up in 4 weeks and as always, we can't do this without your help. I wanted to give everyone enough time of advance notice for helping out!

There are three areas we need help with, the more people the easier everything gets

Times available for helping out:
Friday (set-up): 6pm - 10pm (unless finish sooner)
Saturday Registration Desk: 9:30am to 4:30pm
Saturday (tear down): 4:30 pm - 6pm

Here is what I currently have written out for the Registration Desk, let me know if this will not work for the time I've given you.
9:15am - 10am: @Dave & ????
10am -11am: @Armydog & @violet21chewy
11am - 12pm: @Ray/Jen_Reefin
12pm - 1pm: @Dendro & @DangerJ
1pm - 2pm: @tangers (counting you as two)
2pm - 3pm: @Candi G
3pm - 4pm: @GoodGreef
4pm - 4:30pm @Fence13

@cameron lake I may have you sell raffle tickets instead, depends on who we can have run the desk in the afternoon

We had 6 people reply saying they can help out Friday night, plus the planning committee members will be a good number, even more are available on Saturday morning to help out. 7 people (at least) will be there for the teardown on Saturday (this will be more as well).

Please reply here if you can help - and when. We need a couple more people for the registration desk. Also if we had a couple people who wouldn't mind selling raffle tickets, otherwise we can have that at registration as well if there aren't enough people to do both separately. The more hands we have helping, the less work for everyone.
