You know, I'm continued to be amazed at the cool things that happen in my aquarium.  Whether it's seeing the clown fish lay eggs for the first time, or seeing a cleaner shrimp clean a fish's gills or getting a new coral with amazing polyp extension or colors.  Over time, it's easy to become jaded to all the amazing things that happen in these ecosystems in our homes, but if you take a few minutes and just watch your tank, sometimes you can be amazed at what you see.
It's that time of year when everyone is getting their tanks back in shape from a few months of summer neglect (yeah, just about all of us are guilty).  Take a few minutes, clean things up, do a little target feeding or maybe just trim back some of those overgrown colonies...but it's time to get your tank back up to snuff and enjoy your beautiful reef tank again!

Ha!  Well consider me guilty.  I checked my calcium, magnesium and alkalinity the other day and my numbers were so bad, I'm too embarrassed to publish them.  No water changes and no dosing really did a number on my water chemistry! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/blush.gif
