For Sale Thinking about tank teardown

Thinking about tearing down my im40 eventually starting over. We're wanting to do a new remodel putting in new flooring and having some construction done which means tank would need to get tore down and temporarily moved anyways so maybe a good opportunity for someone to pick up an entire setup. Not quite sure what to ask here I would like to sell everything at once or the majority of the tank and livestock at once at least looking for decent respectable offers.
