no you cant lick them and hallucinate.  they r actualy not poisonous in captivity.  it is thought that whatever they eat in nature is what causes them to be poisonous.  i have heard a few theories about it but none of them have been proven.
if you copy and paste the link you can get to the pictures.

That looks awesome Wes, I like it! I fixed the pics for you, they're viewable now. I want to setup a lizard tank sometime, this gives me ideas!

cant figure out what i did wrong for the pics not to show up.  I will try to get some more pictures of these guys in the near future, just have to figure out how to get the pics to show up right.
This tank was thrown together quickly 3 months ago.  there r a few things i would have done differently and i may have to change a few things when i build another one.

Very nice Wes! I have been a fan of vivariums for a long time. I had one setup a few years go but it failed because I couldn't keep a stable environment and things quickly rotted and died. I would love to give another one a shot. Care to explain more about your setup?

Actually found an old pic of mine.  I still have the tank and now I think I may set it back up.  Not sure if I will do the waterfall and drip line thing again though.  I only had tree frogs in mine and they both escaped after a week.

its a pretty simple setup. this is a standard 20 gallon.  I have a drainage layer which consists of L.E.C.A (Lightly Expanded Clay Aggregate),  on top of that i put a NON metallic window screening to keep the soil from mixing with they L.E.C.A.  Then i put a couple of inches of soil mix which consists of Sphagnum peat moss, and one of those reptile soil bricks you buy from petsmart or petco.  the background is made of hydrated kitty litter.  I put a few of the vining plants and the bromeliads directly into the clay background.
If i had it to do all again i would have made the background out of a mix of Great Stuff and Kitty Litter.
for the lid i had a piece of glass cut at ACE Hardware.  the glass covers all but a three inch span of the top.  for that span i went to HD and bought a window screen kit and made it to fit the gap.  there are alot of options for the lighting.  mine is just a regular two bulb flourescent aquarium light with two 18 inch 6500k t12 bulbs.  With the lights there are as many options as there are with a reef tank.  Mine works just fine and the plants are growing great.  I opted with this light because the plants would grow slower because the tank is small.  Even with this light i have seen a huge amount of growth from most of my plants.
Jeremy if you have any more questions or want to see more pics i would be glad to help.
I see you had a Nepenthes in that tank do you still have it?

Very Cool!!! I have always been partial to frogs. Soon my house will be covered in tree frogs at night. I enjoy looking at them but my husband really hates cleaning up the poo......Who would have guessed frogs that small can make such a mess????
