Can I use my TDS/PPM meter to determine specific gravity?

If not, what do I need to buy to make this reading?

PotRoast, there are several different types you can use.

Plastic hydrometer - The cheapest and probably the most inaccurate way to measure sg.

Refractometer - Most practical and efficient way to measure sg.  Requires frequent calibration to maintain accuracy.

Floating hydrometer - Probably most accurate since it requires no calibration.  Just need to apply temperature correction factor for anything +/-77 degrees F.
