Slowly but surely, we're getting our tank up and running. There's not a whole lot in it, but being new to the hobby, we're thrilled with it. We've had it about 2 and a half months now, and we've got 2 clownfish, a fairy wrasse, and a golden head sleeper goby. We've got some GSP and leathers growing on one of the live rock, and we've purchased some frogspawn and mushrooms.

Just a couple new additions to the tank.... we got an emerald crab, and a candycane coral. I think our goby bit the dust... we haven't seen him in almost a week. Could the crab have anything to do with this at all? I saw the stupid crab snapping at my wrasse the other night, so I'm not sure whether that crab will attack and kill fish. My husband bought the crab when I was up in Iowa City, and I'll be glad to get rid of it if its bothering the fish.

This is the creepy crab... I hate this thing.

Looking good. Any plans for more fish? I think a coral beauty would look nice in there.

Eventually......... nothing for awhile. My husbands car got broken into and we had to fork out $600 to get the window replaced. So, unfortunately our fish money went into a window. We also found out he needed a root canal, but he sacrificed the tooth so our fish fund wouldn't be another $1,000 in the hole.

Know the feeling all to well. Keep an eye on the forums as people are always looking to rehome fish and coral.

We've done quite a bit to the tank lately, so I figured it was time to post some new pictures. We've gotten a few new pieces, and re-aquascaped it. I think it looks 1000 times better now.
