Tang injured

    Just looked tonight and my sailfin tang upper fin is sliced and not connected anymore. Must have done it on[​IMG]the live rock. Will this grow back or connect back?/Portals/0/activeforums_Attach/2012-10-11_20-53-10_851.jpg

    Looks like his little buddie in the pick prolly did it. It will heal back.

    Yeah, I would say the other tang is the most likely culprit. That spine near their tails is sharp as hell and will easily slice a fin like that.

    They get along really good. Ive caught him crashing the rock. If my purple did it it was by accident. Its crazy those two are diff tangs but act like a pair!

    they may have been just playing and got caught. don't look real aggrsive.

    Yes it will grow back with no problem 6-8 weeks for total recovery.

    Try to feed it some more food with Garlic

    My niger trigger had his caudal fin torn in half and it grew back pretty quick.
