Just picked up a swabbie for my skimmer.  I know a couple of club members have them.  Anyone got any recommendations for best performance?  Currently running it in 2 minute intervals, 4 times a day.

Got a video AJ? This is something I'm thinking about DIY'ing or buying in the future.

Here's some pics and video.  I've adjusted it twice now.  The first time it was putting too much pressure on the blade and I thought it was going to be too hard on it over time.  Now, it doesn't look like it's making contact with all of the surfaces (you can see stuff left behind in areas).  So time to adjust again and hopefully get it right this time.  I was hoping someone could give me some tips on how to make it work most effectively for me.  I know there are a few others in the club that have them installed on their skimmers.  Any tips guys?

Swabbie on skimmer - swabbie replaces stock collection cup lid.  The nylon screws are to keep it centered, not to adhere it to the collection cup.  The 8" model is pictured

I've seen similar units with two wipers, I'm not sure the specifics on this, but it might help your problem.
