Okay I'm need of some advice. I cannot keep any sps alive for the life of me. My nems are doing good and my zoas look good and my one los looks good but I cannot keep sticks alive I even killed a birds nest.
    Water parameters: just checked 10/31
    Pos-.04 ‐.06
    Nitrites around 4
Alk was steady at 8 just lowered it to 7.3 thinking I was burning them but bot the case.

Have you checked your salinity, calcium, and magnesium? I would guess that you have. If they are all in line, and your lighting is good, I'd send a test off to Triton to see if anything is way off that you can't test for.

Any big swings in temperature or alk?

Dang I forgot to add that
    Salinaty is 1.025
    Cal 460
    Mag 1360
No big swings on alk (other than me just lowering it) as I check 2x a week add alk daily its not much 30 mil. Coraline alge grows very fast. I'm just baffled. Maybe I should have raised instead of lowering.
Test kits are hanna and red sea.

Your nutrients look fine. With cal 460, I would probably shoot for 8.5-9.0 for alk. But I don't see why your current readings would be a problem for SPS.

That's why I'm so baffled. Thanks for the input I will raise my alk slowly over the next or so and reevaluate from their

This could be your issue, SPS love light and it can be very hard to judge with your eye. Looks like you’re a member, borrow the GIRs PAR meter.
