Strange deal with my cleaner shrimp

My cleaner shrimp for several months now has had his tentacles clipped off. It looks like someone cut them with a scissors...clear down to about a half inch. The were very long before and now they're gone. They grew back pretty well about a month ago and then one day he's clipped again. The fire shrimp has one or maybe two of his tentacles clipped...but not as short and no where as many. Anyone heard of something like that? ....pretty strange in my book !

 

I also notice tonight that two of his legs are clipped as well. Makes me think I have some really bad thing in the tank that only comes out when I'm not around !!

 

Ever hear a clicking in there?

What other tank mates? Maybe someone is nipping at them?
