    Nice, I actually live in Clarksville working on setting up my 180 not quite ready for a skimmer yet though. Good luck with your sale!

    This would be a great skimmer for your system I have a 120 with a 75 gallon sump in my basement it you want to come check it out I would more then happy to show you and maybe give you some ideas
