    As of right now i am on the free membership side of GIRS. Will there be a place to pay dues to sign up for a regular membership at Spring fest?

    Yes, but it might be easier to do in your spare time before the event rather than was time when you want to be shopping/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif
