Spring Fest Spring Fest 2021 - Volunteers needed!

Spring Fest 2021 is coming soon
Saturday April 10th at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.​

As usual, we need some volunteers to help make it a success!

- Setup (Friday night & Saturday morning)
- Registration/admission table
- Raffle ticket sales table
- Teardown

Entrance Tables (Member Check-in, Admissions, Raffle Ticket Sales)
We need people for these 2 tables:

10:30 - 11:30 (3 People - this will be the busy time slot!):
1: Martdog

11:30 -12:30 (2 People)

12:30 -1:30 (2 People)
1: Stew

1:30-2:30 (2 People):

Teardown: (1-2 people to help after the event)
This will be quite painless as there will be a staff member that will break down all of the tables and chairs as well as clean up. All we need to do is break down GIRS equipment and make sure all of the vendors get the help they need.

Additionally: If anyone has experience with a camera we are looking for a volunteer to take pictures during the event. You would need to bring your own camera. This would be a great thing to add to your portfolio.

@GIRS Member - Can you help us out by filling 1 or 2 slots? Without your help as a volunteer to help the day of the event, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to put on these events! Its a great time to meet fellow reefers!
