Spring Fest Spring Fest 2020 - Volunteers needed!

With Spring Fest right around the corner, we need some volunteers to help make it a success!

- Setup (Saturday night & Sunday morning)
- Registration/admission table
- Raffle ticket sales table
- Teardown

Entrance Tables (Member Check-in, Admissions, Raffle Ticket Sales)
We will need the following for manning these 2 tables:

11:00 - 12:30 (3 People - this will be the busy time slot!):

12:30 -2:00 (2 People, preferably 3):

Teardown: (1-2 people to help after the event)
This will be quite painless as there will be a staff member that will break down all of the tables and chairs as well as clean up. All we need to do is break down GIRS equipment and make sure all of the vendors get the help they need.

Additionally: If anyone has experience with a camera we are looking for a volunteer to take pictures during the event. You would need to bring your own camera. This would be a great thing to add to your portfolio. - Kevin Servais

@GIRS Member - Can you help us out by filling 1 or 2 slots? Without your help as a volunteer to help the day of the event, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to put on these events! Its a great time to meet fellow reefers!

 

I'll man the entrance table from 11 to 12:30.

 

A friend and I plan on going, and will both be bringing our cameras. And would be happy to take some photos

I can help sunday 9 to 11. Also. The sign up sheet says friday night and saturday... is this supposed to say Saturday night and sunday instead?

I can help for the 2 -3 entrance table shift. Will also hang around for a limited time for tear down. Last time I did that we were there for quite a while.

Thanks @pwfish - Paul. I put you down for Saturday night and for the 12:30 - 2pm slot. Hopefully we get enough other volunteers - that you can just supervise some of the other shifts.

So - I'm going to start checking on other members that I can think of. @Waterrat41 - are you planning to come - can we put you on the list to help out for a shift. I'll have to start looking up other names.
