    Everyone,


     Spring Fest 2012 is in 3 days! Is everyone ready?
     


    Should be an AWESOME show with nearly 30 vendors and hobbyist.


    The raffle is going to be GREAT!! Something for every-one.

    i know its last minute but im a newer member and havent been to any gatherings prior to this. an idea that everyone would wear a name tag with their user name on it. would be nice to put a face to a name.

    Subject: Cherry Corals Spring Fest Announcement!!

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend the GIRS spring fest this year. As many of you may know, we are in the middle of building out a 2400 square foot warehouse with approx. 4000 gallons of tank space to start.


    So long story short we are swamped!!


    I know many of you were looking forward to getting some frags, so I'd like to help make amends by offering free shipping and a free frag for each order over $100!!


    Here are all the details, you can alternatively order via email (sales@cherrycorals.com) or phone (Todd- 734-776-5457 Brett - 248-345-0967).


    Offer is free shipping to the swap Saturday, March 24. All orders must be picked up. Joe Stuetelberg will be handing out the corals for us at the event. You will receive a free frag for orders of $100 or greater, the frag will reflect the value and type of coral that was purchased.
    You must make a login to www.cherrycorals.com.
    When checking out enter code "GIRS" in the coupon box (no quotes) to receive free shipping.
    If the coupon does not work, we will refund your shipping ASAP.
    Bring your receipt and order number so that it can be verified with Joe at the swap.

    I am looking forward to my first fest also. Do most vendors prefer cash? check? credit card?

    Can never go wrong with cash. I am guessing they would prefer not to take checks. Most will take debit.

    I will be ordering my frags from them tomorrow. I also will be sitting in line early so i can get one of these fun bags. Hey its gonna be nice anyway so ill enjoy the weather.

    For those of us who haven't been before, where is the Elwell building? Do we get to drive into the grounds and park near the venue or is there a hike involved?
