    Hello Everyone,
I'm considering going to the Spring Fest  this year, and was wondering what the difference is between the non member and member price for admission is? Is being a member having a log on or is it some completely different?
    Thanks,

To create a user account is free, to become a GIRS "Member" it is only $20 a year. It's a super cheap price to pay for all the help you get on this site, plus extras like discounted admission to fests, free raffle tickets, awesome events/demonstrations held by trustees in each area, access to GIRS Videos/club buy/sell/trade, the list goes on and on. The $20 goes to keeping the site top notch and putting on shows like Spring/Fall Fest. You get much much more than discounted admission to the fests by becoming a member! It's definitely worth the $20!

Membership has many benefits.  As a few examples, members get discounts for some club events, they attend events for 'members only' and get special prices on corals, equipment, etc. from other members through the "member's only buy/sale forum."  Membership helps support this site and other activities that the club participates in.  Membership dues is cheap and is more than recouped during the year when the member takes advantage of offerings.  I encourage everyone to become (and continue as) a member while in this addicting hobby[IMG]
