   nickbuol Here fishy, fishy, fishy...

   I have 2 thermometers in my take. A digital one, and an old fashioned $2 one in a back corner just in case the digital one goes bad, or something doesn't seem right. So far, both are reading the same, but I like the redundancy, and for $2 the price was right.

   wow, that's a significant difference. I always wondered how you would calibrate thermometers, and know which one to trust. I bought 2 different brands of the plain old glass thermometers and even those read a few degrees different than each other.
