Silicone for Glass Sump

    Where is the best place to get Silicone for a Sump?And what type?Can you get a couple tubes locally?Thanks

    RTV 108 is the best to use.
    Granger sell them, other than that I am not sure.

    some will say just use 100% silicone, but some will warn you not. if you do go this route double and triple check that it does not contain mold/mildew prevention.
    but most of all is strength. most silicones are not very strong. the RTV 108 is strong stuff

    Menards has it, it's Loctite brand,back in the paint dept.
