Sicce PSK-600

    This is the pump currently on my octopus extreme 160 skimmer.  It is very loud and my conclusion is the prop might be broke.  It still works as the skimmer skims.  Can I replace this with any pump?  Can I go higher ggph?

    I'm not an expert on this but I think you can...you would want to put a ball value on it though so you could adjust the flow. Is there a reason why you want to go to a higher flow pump?

    I'm sure a member who has a better understanding will chime in here...guys! :-0)

    No reason to put a bigger one but not all pumps are exactly the same gph.
