Advice? Setting Tank back up

After I lost everything in the move and had some plumbing issues I lost everything back in October last year. I am also new to hobby so I am learning yet as well. Was wondering if there was somebody locally that may stop by to look at my set up and give me some advice on getting things running again. I have a 90 Gallon tank and run a skimmer with sump and 2 aI sol's for lights. I am wondering if I need to run a carbon reactor and things like that. Also possibly looking to buy a controller or some circulation pumps. I have some questions on where to set them at and things like that. I am in Cedar Rapids, Iowa My Home is close to Ellis park.

    Thanks,
    Jim

I'm not too far away, I could stop by sometime and lend you a hand. Or if you want to check out some tanks in the area to get some ideas mine is available for that too.

They way it's set up is good it just needed time to stabilize back out after the move. Since the balance was thrown out of wack
