Seeding my tank

    I'm about 2 months into my new saltwater tank and need help seeding it. If some of you guys could help me with a cup of sand from an established tank and possibly a small piece of rock would be awesome

    I'm taking my 55 gal tank down and your welcome to the sand in the bottom of the tank, its dirty but it will seed your tank. I can also give you a few pieces of live rock.
