I frequently watch animal shows of all types.  While watching a rerun of wild pacific hosted by Mike Roe, I came across something interesting.  The topic was penguins and stuff and in one scene Mike goes on to talk about a sally lightfoot crab going after baby penguins and  sometimes killing and eating them.  Now this particular penguin was a little to large but knowing they exhibit this type of behavior, would you want one in your tank?
For me it is a no, if this thing can kill and eat a baby penguin I can only imagine what it could/would do to a sleeping fish.

I think there may be more than one crab refered to as a sally lightfoot. I saw a compleatly different crab on a show one time being refered to as one.

The aquarium Sally light foot is alot diffrent from the 1 they are talking about eating penguins. The penguin eaters get large and have large claws. I've never even had any problems with the aquarium sallies eating any of my fish like some referances warn about
