Reefs2go BOOOOOO

    Reeftopia.com sells sponges and I have had great luck with them

    update, I sent a few emails back yesterday right after they sent the one that I posted. But they didn't respond. I guess there just going to ignore me and ship out my order whend ever they feel like it.

    I had that same problem not too long ago with them. But also, i havent had a fish of theirs die yet.

    Have you gotten the pm yet from JB about not to post your problems with sponsors in the public forums?

    I seem to have the weirdest luck. Companies that other people seem to have less than great luck with are just great to me.

    I've ordered from reefs2go 5 or 6 times. I've got hundreds of snails, (ceriths, turbos, those glowy things in the sand), 3 serpent stars, some shrimp, 6 fish....all of which are doing just fine and look great in my tank. I guess I have lost one thing I got from them; a "purple sea whip". It showed in good condition tho, so I suspect it was me and not them that killed it.

    Obviously, other people are not too happy with them....but I feel obligated to mention they have done nothing but right by me.

    Ah man I didn't see this post Joe or I totaly would have stoped By. I actualy went through Ames to get gas on the way back. 
    Update: They said I would recive a refund in 24 to 48 hours that was thursday and no refund yet.

    My refund took almost a week.  Just keep on them about it.

    Yea I'm sending dayly emails. I just sent one hopefully I get my money back soon. I can tell you one thing I will never order from these clowns again.

    Sorry to dredge this up but I had a terrific experience with Reefs2go and thought I'd share.

    I ordered several shrimp, crabs, snails and anemones and some macro algae. One of the anemones was DOA do to shipping delays in Tennessee (weather). The shaving brush algae didn't get shipped because they didn't have any that looked good enough to send.

    I emailed them a photo of the dead anemone and they shipped a replacement and my brushes the next day. They arrived alive and in excellent condition. The whole experience was painless as can be.

    I only ordered from them instead of shopping locally because they had the shaving brushes that I wanted and nobody else seemed to have them.
