Reefs2go BOOOOOO

I ordered some sponges from them for my new morish idol. I ordered on sunday and per their shipping schedual they should have shipped today and arived tomorrow. But guess what no shipping notice or responce to my emails today. I sure hope they ship them tomorrow. I realy don't understand why a buisness would do stuff like this and make themselves look bad. It realy seems that this place dosn't realy care what happens once they get your money. I have had decent luck with them tell now. But am starting to see what all the bad reviews are all about. I'll let you guys know how it plays out. I realy hope for their sake and the sake of my hungry morish idol that my order gets here friday.

 

Yea hopefully. I just don't see why they would email you their schudle and then not stick to it. Bad business.

 

I figured they could handle a simple order for sponges. And they should have had enough on hand seing as they were haveing a sale on them. To be fair though I do have a stary blenny from them that is 8 months old. But it seems to be the only long lived reefs2go fish in the club.

 

Exactly my point! Like were not going to tell each other they screwed us or something.

Upon review of your order - I feel that is in all of our best interst to postpone the shipment - we have no sponge scheduled to arrive on Tuesday (12/21) and I believe you will be much more satisfied with the quality then what would be available if I ship as originally planned. Real glad I ordered from them insted of liveaquaria NOT!!!! I realy don't know why they take peoples money when they can't fill the order on time. Now I have a morish idol that needs some natural grub but they have my grub money. I will never order a single thing from them ever again. It's not worth the couple bucks you might save.

 

I would take you up on that Craig but I have to go to Joels in boone on saterday to pick up a load of clams. And I can't say for sure what time I'll be back this side of the state. I realy appreciate the offer though.

I think he will be ok for a little while longer as he is picking stuff off the rocks here and there. And there are a few small sponges under the rocks he's working on.

 

That would be awesome adam. Let me talk with craig and see if he can deliver some for me saterday. And I'll have shaun get it from craig for me. That is if he is willing to transport it for me.
