How Does It Work?



[*]1. Place Order: Visit www.reefgeek.com, review our product line and then email George at gbalolong@reefgeek.com the Item #’s and quantities of the items you would like to order.


[*]2. Confirm Order: After the end of the group buy period each participants will receive an email confirming discounted pricing and product availability. Confirmation your order via email. Please check orders carefully.


[*]3. Pay for Order: Each participant will pay ReefGeek directly for their portion of the order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.


[*]4. Pick-Up Order: Once ALL orders are paid, all orders will be shipped to Group Buy Coordinator. Each participant is responsible for picking up their order. (Most orders are distributed at monthly club meeting.)

How will the logistics work?  Can we order directly from them and have them deliver directly to us, or do we have to coordinate the order through the organizer?
I'm in for 4 - MP40ES, 1 Ecotech Battery Backup, 1 Apex, and maybe a MP10.
Good question.
The entire order will be shipped to me.  Then I will bring everything to Fall Fest for everyone to pick up.
If someone cant make it to Fall Fest they can pick it up from me in Waterloo, or from one of the local trustee's in CR, QC or DM.  You will have to co ordinate with them ahead of time.
