Put some Sketchup on it!

    Anyone played with Google's Sketchup?

    Kinda a free AutoCad for the rest of us.
    I was playing with it.  How do you like the new tank?

    Anyway you can import models too and not surpising there are quite a few more reef geeks out there so you can see the Dart and the lumniarchs over there too.

    Alot of easier than AutoCAD was. Not that CAD was too hard.

    Should make it easier to order a tank when you can just hand over the 3D model of it.

    Should make it easier to order a tank when you can just hand over the 3D model of it.I must have too many years of AutoCAD. Sketchup is pretty good for freeware though. I still prefer autocad for most things, modeling got pretty easy in AutoCAD 2000 and up.

    I have every version of it since R10. 3d sucked up till 2000, after that it got really easy to pull 2d designs into a 3d object,.
