   So I had been wondering this for a while but I couldn't figure out an answers. There is a posts/points tally under each member's name after he/she posts. I get the posts part; it is the number of posts, in total, that person has posted on the forums. What I don't get is the points and the little blue boxes that (seem to) fill up the more a given person posts.

   The little blue bar is post related as well as you hit certain post marks you get another little square lit up.
