PAR meter/ Lighting Question

In anticipation of my new Aqua Illuminations lighting setup coming in the next 2 weeks I thought I had better get myself a PAR meter to see what my current lighting is producing. Does anyone know if these can be purchased at a Lowes or Home Depot or if I need to order online? Also, does anyone in the community currently run the AI setup? I was able to get the new 1white:1blue:1so blue setup. I will be placing all 3 modules on my 60 gallon until I get the new tank up and running so they will need to be dialed back. I am looking for help on the setup and first hand experience. Thanks.
