It depends on the individual dog as for how they will tolerate babies or other animals.  We foster them, so we get to find out what each dog's personality and temperment are like, they are all different and they also grow us the longer we have them.  The first picture is of my wife's dog "Booker" who just dosen't understand why we always figure out what he is getting into[IMG].  The second picture is of me and my Christmas Present "Bean".  Turns out that while we were fostering him, he adopted me and I couldn't let him go[IMG].

Well...I had a Maltese too...his name was Stitch. Great little guy with a super personality. I gave him to my ex wife because my kids loved him...
This is Lars...him and Stitch used to wrestle like maniacs but they were still best buds. Lars got out of the house one day and I never saw him again...
Lars and Stitch were both terrified of Zeus...
Bubba was solo for a while...
Until Angie with her gimpy leg showed up...
And it wasn't long until a power struggle ensued...
Unfortunately Bubba went to live on a farm and Angie needed a companion so Sammy moved in...
At first Angie was a bit put out by the new addition, constantly giving us dirty looks...
But eventually she came around and before long, Angie and Sammy were sharing some intimate moments...
What? You never seen 2 sisters kiss before?
Then they took a nap...they did that well and often...

    And there was also Squeaky...
And Tiger is still living at the house...

Hunter and Sammy took Tracy and I's breakup rather hard...they decided to make a run for it...
    But Angie still loves me...

Tracy couldn't handle the extra load of the pets when I moved out so other than the turtle and the Guinea pig that passed away, the dogs went to live with some good friends in a good home. I want to get them back but I am not sure if it's fair to keep moving them around...

I have had 3 parakeets, 23 hamsters, 2 rats, gerbil, 6 cockatiels, a freshwater tank, and now all I have is my reef and I am looking for a black lab puppy for the new house.
I helped Paul work his dogs today and he told me he will have a new litter or Blacks and Chocolates in March.  They will be ready in May.  Like I said before....if they are half as good as his other dogs they will be awesome.  If you are intersted I can get you his phone number.
