    Establishes prohibitions on:
    (1) importation or transportation between states of nonnative species that are not included in the list of approved species;
    (2) permit violations; and
    (3) possession, purchase, sale, barter, release, or breeding of such species.

    Yeah this was the big news a few weeks ago when Rob from the Rockford club crapped a brick and overexagerated the whole ordeal. The act basically says that any species that can become invasive will be banned from importation. So all in all most of the saltwater species are totally safe, unless your raising crown of thorns or calerpa you should be fine.

    Theres no way for them to enforce it to that level, besides we would just go under ground, The Black Market.

    I heard a story on RC that a guy selling phytoplankton made an exhange in a parking lot and got pulled over because the cops were thinking it was a drug deal.

    I wouldn't worry about this at all with respect to the SW trade.
