I actually made my sump out of a 30 gallon. It's a lot better to make you're own than buying one for price and your particular needs.

If its any help to you here is a picture of my sump (30 gallon) that I just finished acouple of weeks back.  I used polycarbonate for the baffle and siliconed them in.  I used almost a whole tube of silicone.  Never had a problem before siliconing them in.  Just make sure you use plently of silicone on the pressure side of a baffle.

 

Welcome, Don't be afraid to ask for help lifting/moving heavy equipment. Most likely someone in the club is nearby and will come help out.

Not only is it a great place for you to upload current pics of your tank, but then when you have a question, the other people trying to help you can have more info to give you a better answer to your question....and the people in the club really enjoy following build threads...at least I know I do.
