Need Professionally Built Stand

I need to have a tank stand built by a professional woodworker/craftsman/cabinetmaker.  This will be for the new tank at Grove & Platt Dental so I want it made by someone licensed/bonded/etc for obvious liability reasons.
Also because I will be putting a $1500 custom Miracles rimless tank on it and there can be no room for error.  But I want someone who at least understands the importance of the stand and not just a run-of-the-mill cabinetmaker.  That's what they got last time and the tank just about blew wide open after 3 years.
So does anyone out there know of such a person/company that can do this?  Preferrably local to Des Moines, but that is certainly not the priority - experience building aquarium stand is.
Also, it doesn't have to be wood, it can be square steel tube frame.  I know that Cox Design & Metal Fab and maybe Tinker Tooling, but I don't know if they're made tank stands.
