Help!! need help

My RODI system is messing up its running even if i dont need water, its just pushing out 100% waste. I got a new valve but may have installed it wrong. Hoping i can get someone to come by and look and give advice.

 

Can you post a pic of the unit up close ?

 

I am not sure what that top filter is ,, Is it some sorta pre filter?

 

Your best bet is to get ahold of @Joe and see if he can come over. He's in keokuk.
