My Sunday project....

Hi all
Since I am awaiting the arrival of the Vertex controller for the 120 I thought I might take on a little project with the NANO.
So, I have these 2 Blue LED lights from MACNA and I have just been setting them over my 12 gallon JBJ nano. I liked the look they were producing and I don't see a direct use in the 120 when I get it going so I decided to make them a more permanent part of the 12 gallon nano.
In looking at the lid of the JBJ I saw that there would be room just behind the little flip up door so I decided to mount them there.
Took these pics with my Phone cam so I apologize for the quality....
Here is the lid after I added a couple of holes:

Here are the LED Tubes ready to be fit

So I used a 3/4 inch hole bit to make 2 holes on each side of the lid to slide the LED tunes into, no rocket science thats for sure

Next I just fed the tubes through the holes and used a small dab from a hot glue gun to keep them from rotating and moving when the lid is lifted. I also put a couple of clips on the side of the lid to run the wires through.
