They both appear to be similar but each tank has a different objective. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

Here are the plumbing parts ready to go.

Here is how I designed the overflow.  A single 3/4" return and a 1" drain with a Maggie Muffler on it.  The 1" drain on the left is taller than the main drain and it is used as an emergency drain in case the other one gets clogged.

Here is a picture of the plumbing in place.

The weather stinks today so that forces me to stay indoors and work on tank stuff. I finally decided where I wanted to mount my power center and got it done today. I still have things like the Litermeter and kalk stirrer to hook up but I am mostly done with the tank.
Here's a shot of the it

The sticker has to be the best part hands down! Where do you pick up your DJ strips? Locally or online? I would like to incorporate one into my next build and most likely will be using one on my top secret build. Skimmer looks like its working pretty good too! What do you think of it so far?

Any plans on fish in the frag tank for some bioload?

It's a multi-purpose sticker!  Not only does it look cool, it also marks the optimum water level so my return pump doesn't go dry. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/biggrin.gif
I get the American DJ powerstrips from Amazon.com LINK

Top secret build???  What's that about?
Skimmer is breaking in nicely.  I have the swabbie for it but haven't put it on yet since I don't have much of a bioload.
Yeah, I have a pair of clowns from Jason and Betty.  I plan on adding a tang and maybe some gobies but nothing that would create a heavy bioload.  I'll add fish accordingly, depending on the colors of the corals. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif
