i know this isnt a salt water tank but its still pretty cool 180 gal fresh water stingray tank. also notice that the bottwm is lined with the same material as my counter top which is 100% acrylic this way i get the sand look with a bare bottom tank i plan on doing the same thing with the 34ogal arylic tank im working on buying it will be a mixed reef with mostly SPS and LPS corals

Lol, you crack me up Matt! Was Char's tank part of your original plan? What's your current est TSV? My guess is you will be well over 1000 gallons after you get this tank up and running. I need to come over sometime to check out your tanks again!

This thread is like sugar for us fish geeks. Curious, what do 'non-fish' people say when they come to your house and see that fish tank room with all the reactors/water storage containers?

well i have all the plumbing done for the new tank. I am going to run two closed loops one being powered by a reflo baracuda with four out puts on the back wall i will have 1" educators (flow accelerators) hooked up to all four outputs. the second closed loop is powered by a reeflo sequence pump and a oceans motions 4 way with the outputs on the sides of the tank the oceans omtions will shift back and forth between the sides so left side only then right side only.

here is a picture of the back of the tank with all the plumbing hooked up
    [IMG]
i also installed the acrylic countertop material that looks like sand so i can have the look of sand but will be bare bottom
here is a picture of it

built a light rack out of stainless stell its on wheels and travels along all thread so i can move the whole rack and lights out of the way for easy access to the tank. i haven't decided yet what lights i will hang from it. it will be either 2 66" makers led kits or 4 32" reefbreeders photon led fixtures
